How do I make an appointment to see you?
There are a number of ways to contact me in order to arrange an appointment: via text (SMS or WhatsApp), email or on my website page “Schedule a Consultation”. Once you reach out, I will provide you with the specific time slots I currently have available.
What do I need to take with me to the first session?
Please bring your personal information, medical aid details (including your medical aid card), a list of any medication you are currently taking, and the names of any other treating physicians
How often do I need to attend therapy sessions and for how long?
We would typically meet once a week, though I do offer my patients the opportunity to meet more frequently if required. The overall length of time a patient spends in therapy is difficult to predict. This varies depending on the specific issues we are addressing, as some presenting problems are more complex than others. At times, the focus of therapy may also shift from your original onboarding goals. Some patients require only five sessions, while others choose to remain in therapy for a number of years; it is entirely dependent on each individual’s needs and clinical presentation.
What is the rate and how do I make payment?
The rate for 2026 is R1400.00 per 50min session.
What is the cancellation policy?
I maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled short of this notice window will be billed at the full session rate. Please feel free to discuss this with me if you need any clarity.
